what determines if these choices are offered. In Rule Machine 5 it seems to be hit or miss on my C7 hub. Many of my RM5 apps do not present these options.
The use of %time%, %now% or %date% in an action causes the options to show up.
To put a sharper point on that, the time format shows up from %time% or %now% appearing in an action, and the date format likewise for %date%.
