Through an error in programming, I left an orphaned child device which was created by an application that is no longer installed. The Remove Device button is grayed out on the Device information page. How can I delete this device?
Hmm...out of curiosity was the orphaned device also a component of another device? I ask because this is the only time I have seen the Remove button greyed out myself.
I think you would need @bobbyD to fix this.
Component of an app, yes. Actually reinstalled the app with the appropriate code changes and both the new device for the reinstall and the old device from the previous install were removed on app uninstall. Iām shocked by that behavior and questioning whether I actually saw that occur.
