Force delete child devices

I have been having issues with the Envisalink app disappearing and leaving me with 20 child devices and a parent. The DELETE button is grey out on everything so how do I get rid of these unwanted items?
I have reinstalled the EVL app so I now have duplicate devices, old ones don't do anything but I want them gone.
@bobbyD

You should be about to change the Parent device to "Device" temporarily to give option to delete Child devices. Then switch back to correct driver.

Sadly the parent is greyed out and editing the device ID doesn't allow you to change the driver, I can't change anything.

Is this a mesh linked device?

Sorry for the messy copy and paste. Not sure about linked as I'm coming from ST.
It's a parent with many children

I got up this morning and all the devices have gone!
I did email support but as they don't work on the weekends (and I haven't received a reply) I doubt it was them doing me a solid.
Make a backup and keep on converting :slight_smile:

I believe the nightly maintenance routine tries to find and remove “orphaned child devices” automatically. That may have been what cleaned them up.
