Fish Flies! (Mayflies)

Hello!,
I need the help of the community to figure out a rule. How do i disable or shorten outdoor lighting rules, but only during insect breeding seasons, which vary?

I live in Michigan, and during Fish Fly season, any outdoor light left on at night is coated in a swarm of flies. Has anyone come up with an elegant solution to automatically adjust their outdoor motion lighting based on a wierd trigger like "its fish fly season"?

Fish fly learning:

You could just setup a virtual switch that you either toggle manually each year yourself, or setup some kind of rule that looks to see if we are between two dates.

Depending on how consistent they are and how closely they align to regular weather seasons, this may also be useful:

In your lighting rules use the switch to control the timeouts of your lighting. You may need to do this through RM rules at this stage, but I could be wrong.
