When I first plugged in, I had a solid blue light. 10 minutes later when I decide to move the hub to a different power outlet - no light - nothing. I've tried different outlets, cables, etc. Dead already?

Otherwise I think you might want to fill out the warrantee return info just in case and we can ask @bobbyD to weigh in.

Bobby is it DOA already? Is that even possible - I never even got to the setup screen!
It might have been a weak micro USB port and it only took a little extra push to make it snap. Replacement is on its way. Sorry about that.
