Find My Hub show the hub, but I cannot connect

I have an old C5, and as I thought it was broken, now a new C8.

I go to
https://findmyhub.hubitat.com/
And see both hubs, but when I click through, it wont resolve I get:
The server at 192.168.0.222 is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the web.

I have of course disable Avast, tried various cables, and ports. My set up is slightly more complex than the standard, as I have 2 routers, a TP wifi router, and then the main internet connected router. But for all other purposes its standard.

Whats frustrating is it was working. The hub still responds.... I just cannot see the old one, or the new one!

Any suggestions please?

Just checked it is in my network list on my hub, as a mac address.

Does it have an IP assigned that you can see on the router?

Since you have two routers, do you have two subnets then? Are you on the same subnet as the hub when trying to connect to it?

What router is the hub connected to? Your PC may need to be on the same router depending on how you have things configured.

Thank you so much for the reach out. Subnets are beyond me at present. how do I find out?
The hub (C* is plugged into the same router as the PC. Its also the same router as the wifi transmits from, and I cannot reach the ip address from my IPad, connected to the wifi either.

Ah, it seems all are on 192.168.1.xxx and the hubs are for some reason on 192.168.0.xxx

How do I change that, and how has that suddenly happened do you think? If I turn everything off and back on again, will it all reset to the same sub net?

I think you got straight there!

Possibly if you restart everything it will sort itself out, but maybe not.

So I assume it is setup somewhat like this?

Internet >> ISP Modem >> Router 1 >> TP Router (Wifi)

Do you possibly have a guest network setup on the TP Wifi? That will often create anothr subnet so if some devices are on one Wifi and some on another (or directly connected) then they wont be able to talk to each other.

Do you have anything connected directly to router 1?
Do you know what make/model router 1 is?

If you can get into the configuration of router 1 you really just need to put it into gateway mode so it is not acting as a router anymore.

It is possible the dual router setup is causing conflicts with the IP assignments (multiple DHCP servers running), and it possibly is also causing a double NAT network which leads to more problems.

Ok, My wife is calling for help

I think I need to dig into subnets, and the router, which it seems is suddenly on a different subnet to my phone and the app I use to manage it (WFT, that the wifi from that router?)

I will report back if I have solved it, or need more help
Thanks so much for the direction so far!

OK so now I am very confused but have fixed it. For anyone following this, Jeff above was correct. So I conected directly with my Wifi router, changed it to access point, reconnected the mesh wifi extenders, rewired the ethernet, so as not to use the WAN (internet) on the wifi router (TP link BE230), and then reset the vodaphone router, as by now the internet connection had failed, and I was not able to log into it!

So, mess with networks at your peril was my lesson.

Thanks for the guidance Jeff.

Yeah that should work too. I was thinking to get rid of the main router but you kept that as the router and setup the Wi-Fi router as an access point instead. Gives you the same results.
