When using the HE interface, with hundreds of devices it would be nice to be able to create and save predefined filters to keep from having to constantly type or paste in the device types you are working with at any given time. It would also be nice if when clicking back out of a device back to the list if the last predefined filter could be remembered.

Yes, I would definitely like to see this....
Yes that's why I have been asking for user-defined categories, similar to the new Rooms category. And I'd like to be able to apply categories to various HE entities including Rule Machine rules, just for UI purposes.
