I got a Fibaro Motion Sensor for Apple HomeKit (not the Z-wave one - model FGBHMS-001), can this be added to Hubitat?

Not directly, but there are options. You would need something to act as a HomeKit hub... either an apple device or a device running Home Assistant with the HomeKit Controller app.

Probably not worth the effort for just one motion sensor.

I have Hoobs Homebridge Kit and AppleTv in my home. I have a ton of devices, this is just my first Fibaro motion sensor and would love to use it to program some rules using the light sensor functionality.

Sounds like your best bet will be the AppleTV... someone else will have to help you with that part. Only Apple device in my house is my 2009 iMac running Windows 10.

It's an add on for home assistant... not hubitat.
