This looks interesting.
Tell me why ? I fail to see the attraction apart from it is a new 700 series Z-Wave controller. The state of the supporting firmware on Fibaro HC3 and HC3 Lite is truly awful and Fibaro software development is severely under resourced and increasingly unhelpful.
(I'm a HC3 owner)
Only way to update firmware. All your other points about Fibaro I agree with.
It's cheap (which is a shocker) and would be great if it could act as a secondary controller to HE.
(ex HCL owner).
Just look at hard limitations in terms of # of devices you can add, and scenes (rules) you can create, From perspective of serious home automation its unusable. For small flat with few devices, maybe.
