I have staff that work at the property each day. I would like their codes only to work aligned with their schedule.

You can set lock codes to be enabled and disabled by a schedule. That includes time of day.
There is a similar option for only enable by date, or only disable by date. This is per user or per lock code depending upon how you look at things.
Or is there something more specific that is needed?

This looks more like a one-time thing for say a visitor's stay with a fixed start and end date:
What I am looking for is something that allows me to set a daily schedule between a specific start and end time, so none of my staffs' codes work after 5PM for example. Being able to set that to repeat on specific days of the week too would be awesome.
Do it using Rule Machine.
Im not using RM, I use WebCORE. I guess I could do it there, but it seemed like if native scheduling was being baked into the app, that would be a valid feature request for better future functionality.
