[FEATURE REQUEST] Hub wide date and time format

I know this has been discussed a few times but don't understand why this has not been addressed yet. Could we have the possibility to set system wide setting so that all dates and times are in the same format? Most of the world uses ISO8601 format (YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS) and the USA mostly uses MM/DD/YYYY and then some people use DD/MM/YYYY. Would be nice if we could choose as we like and that it's consistent across the hub.

So Logs are in ISO8601...

Device list is in the prefered from USA format...

Within the device page now also adds to the ISO standard the Standard or Daylight Saving indicator...

Events page is now back to USA way...

Also please give to developers a way to also be able to display date and time in the users prefered way, this would keep everything consistent with the platform.

Please let us choose and be consistant with it, I know this can and will be a long process. But I'm sure it's possible

I'd be happy enough with that

All of us folk in the UK

Yup - not preferred here. It's very confusing for us in the UK. For the first 12 days of each month it's pretty much unreadable...

Agreed. If it can't be selected by the user I'd prefer YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS over a US format. I'm sure at some point it followed the timezone - it wasn't always wrong.

If all else fails maybe just use UK time and date format... after all we do have Greenwich over here, and came up with co-ordinated time I believe, so that things ran smoothly on that other invention of ours - the passenger railway (Stockton to Darlington, a few miles from my home)
