I believe that's based on AWS Polly - AI Voice Generator and Text-to-Speech Tool - Amazon Polly - AWS - And the HE references are: TTS interface (text to speech)
The current languages are: Languages in Amazon Polly - Amazon Polly
Until AWS supports Hebrew, it's unlikely to get added to HE, at least that's my understanding.
But your welcome to suggest that to AWS..
