Failure to boot and hub unresponsive after update

Hello. I updated my C7 a week or two ago. And then saw there was an update this morning and applied the new update. My hub never came back up after the update. I’m unable to ping it or see the address from my switch. I’ve tried powering it off multiple times and rebooting the switch that it’s plugged into but it’s completely unresponsive. I also tried to Diagnostic IP. Which obviously didn’t work. And I also tried to find it on my local network via the app. Which obviously didn’t work since it doesn’t see the address. But I’m unsure.

I had a solid blue light after the upgrade, but then after rebooting it goes to green but I still can't communicate with it.

I’d appreciate any help you can give on recovering the hub as quickly as possible as it runs my entire home. Thank so much.

Maybe try a network reset. On the underside of the hub there is one of the vent holes that is round not square. Put a pin in there and keep it pressed for over 7 seconds and the hub should reboot and get an address using DHCP. Hopefully you should then be able to find it on your network again if you look at your router DHCP table.

If you do get it back online again it might be worth doing a reboot with soft reset (from the advanced options) as powering down without shutting down the hub can cause database corruption.
