Fade 1 RGBW down and another fade up to 50% on button

Morning all.

If even possible, what would the best way be to have a button fade to off one RGBW LED strip from 50% to 0%, and another from 0 to 50%. We have 3 strips, 3 buttons, and we'll have to have an 'off' button I guess.

Again, 3 iterations of a button to fade one light to off, and another to on @ 50% on one button press.

I'm new to Hubitat but trying to learn quickly.

maybe a rule?

then make a second rule - with 'button x Held' as trigger for an off?
just set all your buttons in the trigger event then they all have the same effect.

I also use an HE app that is built in called Button Controller - it has served me well and might be an easier method:
