Factory reset before selling

Hi,

What's the procedure to factory reset old hub (c5) before attempting to sell it? I don't see Hard Reset option in the hub any longer.

Reset both radios from the normal UI
Then use diagnostic tool to do a soft reset, do not restore a backup.

Then deregister from your account, if you have any subscriptions you may need to ask support to deregister it.

Thanks. I probably didn't understood that reseting radios, means that all devices connected to the hub would disconnect unless I restore from the backup.

A local backup won't restore the radios. If you subscribe to Hub Protect then radios get backed up to cloud. Resetting the radios clears the radio databases then soft reset clears the OS database.
