EZ Dashboards resetting layout?

Howdy,

I decided to give the new EZ Dashboards a try after upgrading my hub. I’m finding layout issues with them incredibly frustrating. I set it to a 2-wide mobile layout and customized tiles so I have multi-sensors with a temp/humidity and then some graph tiles below them. This repeats throughout and took a lot of clicking to get it all laid out properly.

Then, I tried adding a Google Home and a Chrome Cast to the dashboard. Not only were neither supported in any way, but the whole dashboard reset in the process. The tiles are now randomly re-arranged, they’re all 1x1 tiles, and all of the multi-sensors that displayed temp & humidity have been reset to just one value.

What’s going on with these dashboards? Is this unique to me or something others are having trouble with as well?

I’ve had my EZ dashboard running without issue since inception. My guess is that something you tried adding, that didn’t work, caused the dashboard to reset for some reason.

I just reconfigured my dashboard again. I’ll see if it stays this time. There really should be better error handling to prevent complete dashboard resets.
