Not sure how things happened out of order, however it appears to have done so, or I am missing something here, which is entirely possible 
I have a RM Rule that will turn on the Garage Door opener when anyone arrives, stays on for 5 mins then turns off the same.
Today, it didn't work for my wife so she manually turned on the garage door via the app/dashboard
What is really weird is the garage door shows as being turned on before my wife actually got home, not by a lot but...
Notice the garage door turned off this morning, 5:30am after she left (good so far) and turned on at 2:51:23
Here is the log from her phone, arriving at 2:51:32
Then it turned off some 39 seconds later, 2:52:11, not sure why, so she manually turned it on via the app/dashboard at 2:52:23, it did turn off approx 4m13s later, not 5
BTW, this Rule has been in place since I installed HE a year ago. Never noticed this before on RM 2.5, recently moved it to 3.0 about a week ago
