What is "they" and what is the timing concern? Those logs just show a bunch of stuff happening with no other context.

What time zone is your computer/browser set to? Logs show time in that time, not hub time -- assuming you're talking about that, or if not, I agree that more context would be helpful.
Just checked Chromium it displays correct time in event logs. So must be a setting in Firefox on Ubuntu.
The problem was I had fingerprinting protection in Firefox turned on. That is what was keeping the logs from having correct time. Wish fingerprinting rules in Firefox were able to be turned off in local network.
