Did you enable oauth ??
I've had this on the system for a few years. Was working before, now am seeing this. Don't know how long it's been in this state - I have had no need to open app and rarely if ever actually arm the system. (Have Noonlight for the Insurance discount).
Well mine is working... try setting it back up again and see what happens.
