Error logging in to hub

Error logging in to hub
An error occurred logging into the hub. Please verify your Hub Security username and password.

Getting this error. SSL is enabled (checked) and security is enabled (username and password submitted). I have tried this now 5 times, but it never gets past the screen. I can sign into the hub itself, of course, but HPM isn't able to sign in.

How can I troubleshoot this?

What platform version are you running? If something relatively recent, you might actually be able to leave the hub login security option in HPM off, even if you are using it (some changes were made to permit operations from the hub itself--you already installed the app code that was doing it and presumably trust it regardless was the thinking).

I tried leaving security off. Also tried leaving SSL off. I get the same error regardless. I am reinstalling the app each time between tests.

Alright well, I removed the bundle and reinstalled the bundle and now it works. :person_shrugging:
