End of Month Remote Admin bug... AGAIN!

Third time I've posted about this issue. Once again, I've lost access to Remote Admin at the end of a month (billing cycle), from the "updated" Registered Hubs page. I can get in if I'm taken to the "old" Registered Hubs page, but I haven't figured out how to specifically navigate to that page.

Can you get a screenshot of the effected page while it is still broken for the end of the month? @bobbyD I am sure will be interested to see it.

I don't seem to be having any issues with remote admin, so I don't think it is a widespread issue, possibly a glitch specific to something on your account.

I assume the issue is the portal thinks they are offline?

Can you click on Hub Details and see what the "Last Checkin" is showing? Is it recent within last 12 hours? If you do a screenshot, do not include your HubID or MAC.

    So, yeah... maybe. But I am able to access it through https://remoteaccess.aws.hubitat.com/ as you suggested. And it only happens at the end of my billing cycle.

That is the Remote Admin direct login page. It is currently in use. When using the Hubitat login, it actually logs into this very page.

Please create a subscription case by visiting this page (or follow up on older case if you already created one). There might be a day out of sync, which could create the problem at the end of the monthly billing cycle. If you plan on using the Remote Admin service for a year or more, it might be worth upgrading to the annual plan. Not only you get 2 months free every year, but it will certainly reduce the annoying issue of being out of sync every 30 days. Not saying that Hubitat shouldn't correct the problem, though: Subscriptions – Hubitat Support
