Enbrighten Zigbee In-Wall Smart Toggle with QuickFit™ and SimpleWire™, White

Our bathroom as a 3 gang switch plate. The bath fan and overhead heat lamps are embedded and difficult to modify to add 'smarts'.

I wish to replace the 3 switches, (Lights, fan and heat) with smart toggles - these look like simple drop in replacements.
I can't find any yes/no on 'acts as repeater'. I see zigbee 3.0 but no other details. Has anyone run a zigbee scan to see if they come up as repeaters or just as nodes?
Any caveats about putting multiple switches in the same box?
These are direct drop in replacements, true?

thanks community!

Yes they do repeat. Used to own one, sent it back but it acted as a repeater, which most powered switches do. I would validate the power requirements for the heat lamps don't exceed the switches rating.
The switches, although slimmer, might give issues with fitting 3 in one box. Depending on wall construction, age of home, etc., might be a tight fit.

Test the fit before your return window closes. Don't be me and wind up with stuff that doesn't fit and didn't find out till 60 days later. No other issue with having 3 in one box.

* Range extender – The in-wall Zigbee 3.0 switch repeats the signal from your hub or other Zigbee device to extend wireless range by up to 150ft.

How many heat lamps are in the circuit?
Less than 4 x 250 watts should be fine.

Very good advice...three smart switches in a three-switch box can be very tight in some cases, even w/the new trimmer switches.

Short update - or - 'How I crashed my Zigbee Network ....'

So, took a run at putting 3 Enbrighten units in a single 3 gang today. It went fairly smoothly for the most part during the 'wire it up and test the fit' phase.
Then I asked HE to add the devices. Initially, because I had to flip a breaker, of course 3 devices tried to come online which in and of itself was no big deal although I had no way to tell them apart.
They did not auto-identify, I let them time out. and went and reset them by hand one at a time.
The dimmer (it was 1 dimmer, 2 switches) came up and I put Generic Zigbee dimmer. It allowed it, and I thought it was functional, so I moved on to the 2nd unit (a switch).
This came up as a Device. I set 'Generic Zigbee Switch' and within a minute my network was brought to it's knees. I had recently created a notification for the house Alexa's if the Zigbee network went offline - boy did that work great! Screamed warnings everywhere.
No idea what was happening, I went and rebooted the HE. It all came up, but the there was no answer to either of the Enbrighten Switch or Dimmer. They just stood their stupid.
I processed the 3rd unit (another switch) - and within 1 minute of me selecting 'Generic Zigbee Switch' the warnings went off on the Alexa's about my network going down.
I rebooted again.
This time I also removed all 3 units from HE, reset the breaker so as to blow the brains out of the units and began again.
This time, as soon as I selected Generic Zigbee Dimmer - the network crashed again.
I came here, to re-read notes and news about others having used the Enbrighten devices... I stumbled over a notation that GE Zigbee Switch / Dimmer were good choices on the drivers.
Once I reset everything, I started again, but this time selecting GE Zigbee ... and instant success.
It seems that for me, the Generic Zigbee Switch and Dimmer were not playing nicely with others.

I quickly stepped through adding the other 2 devices, again using the GE version of the driver. No problems. As well, the device worked / showed functionality smoothly, and really quickly I might add.
While it's no secret I hate ZWave I did see the Enbrighten Zwave driver which got me looking around for a Zigbee flavored one but did not find any.
There is a 'Flash' feature in the GE driver for both the Dimmer and the switch but it does not function for me, and I honestly could care less. It would have possibly helped when adding all 3 devices at the same time or to ID which one I was toying with but really it wasn't a loss I cared about.
The units are awesome! I love the lit toggles, the setting of toggle lamps to be on, on always or off worked great. Resetting the units is super easy. I do enjoy ability to hold the switch up and the brightness increase (the dimmer functionality).
I had CT bulbs connected, that was a bad idea. Smart switch to smart bulbs is... well. complicated.
I replaced the bulbs with good eco-bulbs and it is working VERY well. I will miss the ColorTemp ability but... the GF won't - she sort of grew tired of it and the whole 'makeup in the morning' brightness thing.
So. do 3 units fit? Perfectly. Easily. Are they worth having? absolutely! I plan now on doing the next bathroom down the hall the same way, and the guest bath as well.
