Does anyone here have the Enbrighten Z-Wave Dimmer Outlet? I have the Zigbee version, but curious if anyone has the Z-Wave version. Seems like a good price on eBay. The Zigbee version is $27 new. It’s a really good repeat though.
I have a few of those and the Monoprice variant. They work ok, but are using the older 500 Z-Wave radio.
Thank you!
I also have one...it was one of my better repeaters before I got the C8/external antennas and everything went mostly direct.
But it's been running for years w/out issue, very reliable for me.
How common are z-wave dimmer outlets, nowadays?
I would think if you're buying new, you'd want the option of long range Z-Wave.
I found the one below when looking at a thread.
Interesting to me that Zooz doesn't have one.

I like that the Enbrighten ones are a dual plug. I need to control 2 plug-in wall sconces. But, I may stick with the Zigbee instead of Z-wave if this is using the older Z-Wave.
If you already have Caseta, their plug-in dimmer works well too.
Note that there are several Jasco/Enbrighten dimmer plug in modules.
This one appears to have 1 switched/controlled outlet and 1 constant-on outlet.
Some of their others have two separately controlled outlets.
I have a few of them--in general, they are great, but the hub seems to have troubles when both outlets are sent a command at about the same time, especially when there's a lot of other Z-wave activity (i.e., turning all/most of my house lights on or off at bed time, waking up, arriving home, etc.). In general, the new "command retry" feature has greatly minimized the issues I was having with this in the current and previous release.
Good point...need to read the product description carefully...IIRC mine is Z-Wave 700, I don't think there are any Z-Wave plugs from Jasco that are 800.
This.
The dimmer side is a polarized two prong connector rated for 300 or 100 watts.
Pretty standard rating for dimmers.
And the second outlet can come in handy, especially since it's moved parallel to the wall.
This is a really good catch! I need both dimmers. I wonder if the Zigbee one is both dimmer.
Do you really though?
The sconces are going to be at the same brightness level, I assume?
Maybe just plug in an adapter so that you can plug both sconce plugs into it.
