When I use a rule or the command on the device page to turn on the switch the status does not change from off to on unless I click on REFRESH. The light connected does turn on. Also when I use a rule or command from the device page to turn it off the same problem occurs requiring a refresh to change the state on the command page.
Don't know if I can offer much help. I have 5 of those and all in all they work well. You may want to try the GE Zigbee Switch Driver and see if it helps. That is what I use for whatever reason I don't remember.
It might help if you gave your current hub firmware version, and the driver (Device Type) that this switch is using.
