Enable Elliptic Curve Certificates for HTTPS

It appears uploading an elliptic curve (ECC) based certificate to http://your.hubs.ip.here/hub/advanced/certificate, it accepts and saved the public certificate and key. However on reboot, it does not appear to properly use the EC certs and results in an SSL transport error with the browser.

Short term, I think the cert upload page should do some parsing and check to confirm the key is RSA based and refuse to save the key if it isn't. Long term I would like to see ECC compatibility, since that is the default algorithm for key generation these days.

A plus one for validating the Certs are able to be used in the environment.
