ELK M1 - Counters and Custom Values - modified by Hubitat

I want to inc and/or dec an ELK Counter or Custom value (0 - 15) from a Hubitat button.
I can manually enter values into the ELK devices that I have mapped into Hubitat and my ELK rules react correctly.
Just need a push in the right direction to get a Hubitat button press to modify the value for ELK.
