Elevation app v2.0.8 on iOS not functional

My app stopped functioning, so I removed it and reinstalled Hubitat Elevation (rather than just "Hubitat"). Can't remember which one I was using before this.
I logged in through the new app, it found my hub, then went onto "Retrieving Mobile Devices", and gave this error message:
"Failed to retrieve mobile devices from the hub".
And it just sits there. There is no way to dismiss the error or continue further. Closed and restarted the app, same result.

I can access the website of the hubitat and add it to my home screen on iOS, and that works just fine. The app is completely non-functional.

Hubitat C-8 Pro, v2.3.9.193

Current released platform is 2.3.9.201, but I don’t think that’s your issue. You might want to update.

I checked for updates, but it shows me this:

Currently running version: 2.3.9.193

No updates available.

Go to my.hubitat.com, Registered Hubs, choose your hub, hub details, see when the last checkin is. Sounds like your hub is not checking in for updates. As I said, current firmware is 2.3.9.201.
