Does anyone have any options for an electronics gate lock for the fence listed below? I can get POE power to the lock but I haven’t had luck finding anything suitable and can integrate with Hubitat

I’m in need of the same thing. Pretty sure that’s the same gate lock that I have. I have not been able to find any suitable weather resistant smart locks.
I did find a 24v electronic gate lock that I was thinking about maybe using a relay to control. But then I’d also have to look at setting up a keypad to go with it. Amazon link
I've had two of those types, lol.
Everything has to line up perfectly.
I was using it on a livestock-type gate mounted on wood posts.
The gate operators had built in connections for this use.
You also have be aware of DC or AC, I believe.
The first gate I had used 24vAC where the second was powered by 24vDC.
I was constantly fiddling with them, until I got rid of them.
I'm only keeping out the deer though.
It's not like someone couldn't easily climb over the gate, lol.
edit: And, if the deer got it into their heads, they could easily jump it as well, lol. Although when I first put in the gate I had an plastic mesh extension-maybe they remember that and pass it on to their progeny. 
Thanks I will give this lock a try with a relay. Instead of key pad I have a Reolink white poe doorbell (has different view angle and parcel detection) mounted on the outside of the fence ( of course had to run Ethernet out to fence and I will run another cable to power the locks as it only needs 24v 1.5 amp which poe+ can output
