I have 1 working fine with the generic matter outletbut it also energy metering which I can't get the info from, are there any drivers out there that will do it?
Switch temporary to the HE inbuilt ‘Device’ driver and click on the ‘Get Info’ button. Then post a screenshot of the output in the live logs.
Its running on the inbuilt generic matter outlet now but no matter where I look I cannot find a get info button
Well its now rattling power consumption every maybe 10 seconds or so, is that normal
Not every 10 seconds but every 5 seconds
How often an energy reporting Matter device will send updates to the hub depends on the device firmware, but also depends on the driver (the subscription interval minimum time ). Additionally, the driver could further software-filter too frequent update events based on a the reported attribute configured threshold value, if such references are implemented in the driver.
What did you do to start receiving the power updates?
I'm also curious. The Eightree matter plugs are readily available on Amazon. Are you using the generic Matter outlet driver, or something else?
After changing to the matter multi endpoint driver and back to matter outlet after reading your suggestions with pics earlier, it didnt work initally so I did i dagin and it started up
