I am trying to add my painter to the notification to my cell in RM like the other users, but it added him incorrectly. How do I remove the back door unlocked in pic attached? I am going in circles here. Thanks.

Go into the trigger and select "Delete this trigger event"
And delete the one your wanted.
What you should NOT see is the or at the bottom with nothing after it. That makes me think there's some type of phantom event in the trigger as well. You should delete that one as well.
