Ecolink Chime+Siren basic rules problem

Recently purchased an Ecolink chime+siren ISZW7-ECO for the purpose of when a contact sensor opens on the front door it will go off. I had no problems during inclusion since I used the smartstart with DSK code. The system installed the ecolink chime siren driver. I can manually use the commands to play the different sounds at different volume levels.

The problem is when I start to create the program in basic rules, to set up a contact sensor, when it opens, to "turn on" the device the siren is not listed on the devices page just the light switches etc.

I tried a different driver, the Aeon Siren and with this driver the siren did show up on the "turn on" select switch list but of course the siren does not work with this driver (expected of course) not even the manual commands would turn it on.

I have the C8 Pro with version 2.3.9.154
Not sure where to go from here since I'm still pretty new at setting rules. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Basic Rule does not support "pure" chime devices (likely part of what makes it basic). You can re-recreate this rule in Rule Machine, or even import your existing rule, and perform whatever commands you need there. Even if RM doesn't natively support a command, you can use the custom action feature to do it. In your case, you probably want playSound() with a single numeric parameter for the actual sound, or the siren() command (which appears to be sound 26).

Also, I would go back to the Ecolink driver.
This is what I have for my CO detector in the garage:

You need a manual with a list of all the sounds, which I think got larger over the years.
This manual is old I think. Do a search if you need/want more.
