Anybody getting errors like this on their ecobee? What gives?

There was yet another outage last night with Ecobee but things this morning look like they are back to normal.

Assuming you are in the same time zone (est) your logs seem to line up with the outage time. The one error from this morning may just be a one off. I see those every now and then.

I have a Bryant Homewise which is made by Ecobee and integrates with HE using Ecobee integration. I experienced the same outage yesterday, but today HE shows online. But when I try to log in to the thermostat from my browser, it says I have the wrong password. I assume it is related to the server outage, so I'm going to wait before I try and reset my PW.

I love the thermostat but I can't imagine using their security system with how unstable their servers are. In my mind the Ecobee Haven is no more secure than buying one of those stickers online that says "we have an alarm system" even though you don't.
