Just installed my new Ecobee with built-in Alexa (not using that) and all is well. Installed it, Added Ecobee Integration to HE, found it and a room sensor it came with all good. Went into Echo Skills and I can see the thermostat HOWEVER, it's not showing up in Alexa despite multiple attempts...i see it in the Echo Skills, I have it checked but nothing in Alexa. Please help, I swapped out this thermostat for an older Honeywell I had and now the wife cant 'voice' change the temperature! lol, ugh
Hubitat’s Amazon Echo Skill does not work with thermostats, yet.
With Ecobee, I would recommend you enable the Ecobee Skill within the Amazon Alexa App on your Mobile phone. No real reason to add Hubitat in between two cloud services anyway.

Ok, But keep the ecobee integration with HE though, right? I already have rules setup. You're saying remove it from HE completely?
No, do not remove it from Hubitat.
If you want voice control of your Ecobee thermostat, just add it directly to Alexa. No reason to put Hubitat in the middle.
