Hi Guys,
Have downloaded the echo speaks APP via Packet Manager.
After the install i follow the guide to Run the APP
I deploy APP from Heroku after doing the whole click on name, space then delete to get the green tick.
The App deploys and i start sign in process, i sign in to Amazon via the Hiroku App and the page changes to the " cookie successfully retrieved page" then goes back to the sign in page.
I see on the guide it says i should see a page saying authentication good, however this never happens despite the correct credentials being entered.
I have tried changing passwords, deleting and retrying several times, enabling 2 factor authentication via amazon, tried different servers for US and AU (i am based in AU)
I think i am doing everything correctly yet just can't get it to log/link into my Amazon account.
Would love to have this APP
Has anyone encountered this? or have any ideas - i am fresh out
I have deleted the app and tried manual install, i have tries on a 2nd hub still no avail.
deleted heroku and started again also
Appreciate any assistance or advice you can offer

Are you using a PC to do this? I remember this not working from my iPhone way back when I originally installed it. I had no problems once I did it from my PC.

Thanks for the response.
I have tried from iPhone, ipad, android tablet and MacBook Pro.
Haven’t tried a windows PC
I guess I will try that just to rule it out.
It just won’t bind with my Amazon account … weird
I’ll give it a shot, if I have a win I will let you know

It should work if you’re following the documentation, which it sounds like you found. Maybe there’s something going on with Amazon. Otherwise, post back here, or on the Echo Speaks V4 thread.

definitely something going on, could recite the install manual from memory now.
