iOS beta build 274 appears to have local dashboards working. However, I’ve discovered a new bug/quirk. If I select a local EZ dashboard, it now opens. I then expand navigation on the bottom left and click on the house icon, it opens the new dashboards page in the app as expected. If I then select any dashboard, legacy or local, from that page it opens a new dashboards page in my browser instead of opening the selected dashboard.
Moved this post in a new thread as I am trying to replicate.

And moved again. This is an issue with iOS app. It works fine on Android. Thanks for pointing it out.

FYI. This issue still exits after updating to 2.3.9.155.
Noted. Will check it for the next build.

The issue is still not exactly fixed in 157, but home button/icon sends user back to the menu instead. So it's harder to end up on the dashboard setup page by accident.
