The only thing I haven't provided is the HTML and Javascript code page that I have uploaded to my hub to give the dropdown with the Activate button. This reply box keeps wanting to parse it! 
This is all based around the Wiz Connected WiFi Light Bulbs that they sell at Home Depot stores. If anyone is interested in the HTML file, just PM me.
