Hi everyone,
Has anyone paired the new Shelly BLU Door/Window Outdoor ZB (model SBDW-302C, IP55) with Hubitat over Zigbee? It was released only a few weeks ago, and I couldn’t find a dedicated driver. As far as I can tell, there isn’t one for the indoor Shelly BLU Door/Window ZB (SBDW-103C) or the Mini ZB (SBDW-203C) either.
What I know so far from Shelly’s technical docs (for the indoor ZB model, which should share the same Zigbee implementation):
- Zigbee 3.0, battery powered (sleepy end device)
- Pairing: press the button 5 times for Zigbee steering (LED double-flashes every 2 s). 4 presses = BLE pairing
- Uses IAS Zone with zone type 0x0016 (Door/Window Handle) instead of the usual 0x0015 contact switch, which is probably why Hubitat doesn’t auto-select a driver
- Zone status bits:
- Alarm1 = 0, Alarm2 = 0 → closed
- Alarm1 = 1, Alarm2 = 0 → tilted (partly open)
- Alarm1 = 1, Alarm2 = 1 → fully open
- Also reports illuminance and battery

Ideally a driver would expose contact (open/closed), plus a custom attribute for tilted/open, illuminance, and battery. I’d guess the same driver could cover the whole Shelly BLU Door/Window ZB family with different fingerprints.
I’ll post the device fingerprint from the Data section as soon as I have it. Has anyone already got one of these working, even with a generic driver? Thanks!
