Driver for Tuya Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor

Hi awesome community,

Thanks the developers for supporting this ecosystem.

However, I don't seem to be able to find information about a device I am interested.

Just wondering anyone has tried this Tuya Zigbee PIR Motion Sensor?

Thoughts:

• Tried button battery PIR sensors before. The battery life is simply way too short to be sustainable.
• Lack of power points in staircase. Thought to try battery operating ones.
• Prefer to install devices that's low profile/ not an eye sore (at edges and corners)
• Like these sensors to activate LED strip lights in staircase
• Any different in response time between Wifi and ZigBee versions?

If it's genuinely zigbee 3.0 compliant (cuz you never know with Tuya stuff), the native "Generic Zigbee Motion Sensor (no temp)" driver should work fine.

@sirkitealot, can you share more details about the problem you are experiencing?

I just confirmed that the "Generic Zigbee Motion Sensor (no temp)" works indeed. It needed a couple of removes and adds, but after a few times it works. It detects automatically the tuya 4 in 1 sensor, but you can manually change it to "Generic Zigbee Motion Sensor (no temp)".

with som TLC it works!
