[DRIVER] Aqara H2 EU Wall Outlet (WP-P01D) – Local Zigbee + Power Monitoring

Hi everyone,

I've put together a custom Hubitat driver for the Aqara H2 EU Wall Outlet (WP-P01D / lumi.plug.aeu001).

It connects directly to Hubitat over Zigbee, without requiring an Aqara hub or cloud integration.

Working features:

  • On/off relay control

  • Power and accumulated energy reporting

  • LED control

  • Physical button lock/unlock

  • Power-on state restoration (previous)

Experimental / not fully verified:

  • Voltage and current measurement accuracy

  • Other power-on modes

  • Charging protection and overload threshold configuration

The driver has been tested on my Hubitat C-8 with one WP-P01D. I haven't tested other firmware versions or hub models yet.

Installation: Available through Hubitat Package Manager (HPM). Search for Aqara H2 EU Wall Outlet, or install directly using the package manifest linked in the README.

Development disclosure: This driver was developed with significant AI assistance (ChatGPT), using publicly available technical references and iterative testing with real hardware. It hasn't undergone an independent code or security audit. I've documented the sources, limitations, and tested functionality in the repository.

Feedback, bug reports, and contributions are welcome, especially from anyone using the same outlet with different firmware or another Hubitat model.
