Click search icon at upper right of this page, type in Simple Irrigation.

Click on the link to the thread, then in the thread click on the link to the GitHub.
Once on the page in GitHub, it is not quite so intuitive - you click on "Bundles" then scroll down to Simple Irrigation and save it to your computer, then install from there.
