Dragon Tech Z-Wave plus dimming plug, fingerprint requested

I don't know if I'm the only one who has this plug but it seems to work very well but was only recognized as device.

You could try the "Generic Z-Wave Smart Dimmer" driver, because that is a Z-Wave+ device (based on 0x5E in the inClusters).
