Should I not be able to downgrade from 2.3.9.200 to an earlier 2.3.9 build? I'm seeing some strange stuff I didn't see in 2.3.9.139 or 2.3.9.196 but when I try to downgrade the .200 build stays and nothing changes. I've tried a normal restore of earlier build and soft reset and restore but it seems the .200 build never changes back.
Just curious as my laundry door kwikset lock seems to be acting flaky since the upgrade and wanted to go back and see if that flakiness is still there or if the door lock itself is finally giving up after many years of service.
That was my reason for asking, I did go to the Diagnostic menu and picked for example 2.3.9.197 and when it booted back up I still had the 2.3.9.200 build installed.
Sure here it is, I've done both the .196 and the .197.
The .197 when it restored it still says 2.3.9.200 messed up my Motion Detectors/Lights in the Master Bathroom and Closet and it took some time to get those working again, So I'm a bit gun shy in doing this again at the moment just because I have no other issues and don't feeling like finding out the motion detection and lights stop working again.
The actual issues is my Kwikset Lock on the Laundry door (which started doing this when upgraded to the .200 build) works perfectly fine if I use the lock button on the dashboard or mobile device. However I seen a few times now were the rule runs for the laundry door to lock it at 8pm and It doesn't work and I get back a unlocked status from the laundry door lock I assume. So I manually push the button on the mobile device or dashboard and it locks right away.
Note below the rule running in blue area and then in red it gets back unlocked. I then 2 minutes use the dashboard and select the lock and it locks fine.
I'm leaning towards either defaulting the lock and seeing if this helps or possibly the lock is on its way out, its many years old at this point. (thinking of switching to zigbee locks)
Just popping in to say I'm having issues with my Generic Z-wave Lock as well. I can control it through the device details and rules, but it's not reporting status or states. I just started another topic, but didn't see this until after. I'll be watching to see what the solution might be...
Editing to add: A power cycle of the lock fixed the reporting issue for me. All I had to do was pull the batteries, wait a few seconds and put them back in.
