Not sure why you sent this to me specifically in a PM? I do not really know much about that device, I don't even know what if you have Zwave of Zigbee (or which it is available in).

Also, is there a reason you're looking for a firmware update for the device or what makes you believe one might be available (not all manufacturers do this)?
The company also seems to have silently gone out of business, or at least disappeared from the web, so I wouldn't count on much.
