Dog Watering Turn On

Morning. I am so new, and not the brightest HUE on the block. I have a Kassa Switch (for keeping dogs water clean) that I turn on, every 2 hours for 5 minutes, from 8:00AM until 9:00PM. I currently have 7 Simple Automations doing this. Is there a way to just have ONE Rule, that does this all day, instead of all these automatons?

Also, are there tutorials / step by step to write and IF statement. I start one, and get SOOO confused and screw it up.

You'll need to use rule machine.
There is a Periodic schedule trigger and you can select the hours of the day you want the rule to run.
