Looking to migrate from a C-7 to a C-8. Will the migration address any corruption in the z-wave db or will it carry over? I have ghost devices that I can't remove even with a z-wave usb stick or when taking the hub a mile away and trying to remove.
No. The Z-Wave database is carried over as-is. If you have problems now, they should be fixed beforehand, otherwise all that's likely to happen is that they follow you to the new hub.
