Do private boolean values get reset on reboot?

Hi - I use extensive private boolean (true/false) values in my rule machine scripts. I've decided to try rebooting my hubitats nightly.

Does anyone know if this will affect the current status of the private boolean values? On reboot will they be as their last status, reset to "null" or something like that?

I don't know the answer to your question. I do know that the values of local and global variables survive reboots.

That being said, can I urge you to work with support to eliminate the need to reboot your HEs every night?

No, Private Booleans are not affected by reboots, only by how they are set by Rules.

You should not have to reboot your hub like this.
