It's quite a strong flavour, but in a good way. You cant over cook them either, anything more than medium rare and they are ruined.

Yeah, I wouldn't bother - they are tough, I mean really, really tough! If you've ever held one, you'll realise they are just really dense, solid muscle. I reckon an old leather shoe would be more fun to eat.
Well at least for cow I feel that cooked beef is bad beef. I assume roo is the same..

True, but at least if beef steak medium you can still eat it, Roo at medium becomes chewy.

The bicolour lid is very cool with its unique texture but I do have a suggestion for Rev 2.
Can you put a "keyway" in the lid so idiots like me don't keep closing it up wrong ?
