I used to be able to both arm and disarm my system from the app on my Android phone. Now it only shows arming options. Even if the system is armed already, I still do not have the disarm option. Here is a screenshot of what I see. It used to have Arm and Disarm tabs.
I discovered that the Disarm is not visible when my phone is in portrait mode. I do see it when it is in landscape. I believe I used to be able to see the disarm in portrait mode.

It looks like you have the space available to show the options. I wonder if the options are being displayed in white text on the white background???
You could try touching both the left and right sides of the area under the "Hubitat Safety Monitor" banner, and see if you get a response.
Thanks for the suggestion. I had already tried that. It does not work. I can't even see the verbiage under the title to select anything.
