How do I find the direct Link to control a device?
Is there a URL that I can call from say CURL or WGET on a Raspberry Pi that does the same thing as clicking on the Device screens On and Off Buttons?

Yes, but you'll have to set something up to make it possible. A Rule Machine rule with a local endpoint trigger is one way, but Maker API gives you more functionality more easily with minimal setup:
