There are similar ones out there. They are also cloud based. Doing a whole panel could get quite expensive. I just swapped out my Aeotec HEM Gen 5 for an IoTaWatt and I'm really happy with it and @ogiewon 's integration (it's 100% local). Take a look at it at www.iotawatt.com
